Gespeeld wordt in het luxe Jomtien Garden Hotel, direct aan de boulevard en het strand gelegen. De speelzaal heeft airconditioning.
In het Jomtien Garden zullen ook veruit de meeste spelers verblijven.
Vliegreis plus hotel worden (gecombineerd) voor een scherpe prijs aangeboden. Verlenging van het verblijf is altijd mogelijk. Zie offerte 333Travel.

Het maximum aantal deelnemers is gesteld op 50.

GMI's zijn vrijgesteld van betalen van inschrijfgeld en tegemoetkoming in de kosten is onderhandelbaar.
